Silver Membership: We have implemented a strict 15-day refund policy. This policy applies to Silver Membership only and starts from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must have gone through the 3 day course and attended1 Live Session at least during that period.
Gold Membership: We have implemented a strict 15-day refund policy. After enrolling in Gold Membership, you need to go through the Vitality Elevation Challenge course and if in 15 days, after doing the first 15 days of the challenge, you do not find it valuable, then your full amount will be refunded without any other conditions.
Diamond Membership: We have implemented a strict 15-day refund policy. After enrolling in Diamond Membership, if you go through at least 1 book and book course alongside attending at least 2 Diamond calls LIVE, and still feel it is not valuable to you, then your full amount will be refunded without further questions.
Zen Nights: Subscription-based products such as Zen nights are non-refundable.
